We are not a big corporate winery like some. We take pride in how this allows us to do things the "Kentucky way". With patience, craftsmanship and pride. We feel this helps us create some of Kentucky's finest wines. We are asked our secret all the time, it's simple really, "Patience, Craftsmanship and Pride". From waiting until our grapes are at the peak of flavor, to daily tasting before we bottle, we don't rush the natural time it takes just to meet some marketing time frame.
